We are delighted to welcome you to Savus Boutique Hotel. In this directory, you will find helpful information about our hotel services. Air Condition / Heating
All rooms have an i ndivi dual Air Conditioning and Heating system. Use the control panel to set the temperature you wish. Please make sure that your balcony doors and windows are properly closed. You can turn on/off the air-condition from the panel next to your bed.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the lobby from 08:00 to 11:00. If you wish to have breakfast earlier (early breakfast) or to have your breakfast in a special package (breakfast basket) please inform the reception one day before. Breakfast can be served in the room upon consultation with the reception.
Check-In
Check-In is after 15:00. Check-Out is until 11:00. If you wish to extend the check-out time, please contact the reception.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA.
Housekeeping
Rooms are cleaned and tidied up daily until 14:30. We change the linen every 3 days. In case you do not want cleaning, please press the do not disturb button on the panel. For any further information or request, please contact the reception. Please do not remove towels from your room.
Business Center
Laptop Computer are available for your convenience in our Lobby. If you would like to make a copy or print any documents, please contact our reception team to assist you.
Car Rental
Please contact reception for information about car, motorbike or bicycle rental.
CCTV
Operates for your safety in all public areas of the hotel. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables incurred during your stay. Please keep your valuables safe.
Concierge Service
Our reception team assists with all your requests about the island of Crete: Island inf o r m ati o n, re c omme n d ati o ns o f restaurant/bars, activities and festivals.
Electricity
All our power outlets in the hotel have an electric voltage of 220V.
Parking
There parking spaces without charge in Giamboudaki street (parallel road to the hotel). In case there are not any available there is a private parking opposite the hotel “Marina Parking” with extra charge.

We can provide you a pillow menu with variety type of pillows to ensure that you get a good night’s sleep.

Reception desk operates 24 hours. To call reception from your room please press telephone’s red button.
Room Service
Our room service is available from 08:00 – 23:00. A separate menu is available with various beverages. To order please press telephone’s red button.

All the rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
Taxi Transfers
Please contact our reception desk to order one for you or to schedule your departure to the airport.

There is free Wireless High-Speed Internet Access throughout the hotel.

Close the door / Enter your code with min 3 and max 6 digits /then press the button L
TO OPEN:
Enter the personal code you have previously set
IMPORTANT:
At the end of your stay leave the Safe OPEN.
Jacuzzi
Please before you enter the Jacuzzi take a shower and do not use soap, creams or salt in it. Set up the temperature from the control panel. The Jacuzzi is checked very often by our staff and we use all the appropriate chemicals for ensure the cleaning of the water.
TV Channels
If you wish to change from satellite to antenna, please press LIST, wait a few seconds, press the yellow button and choose Antenna. Then press OK and EXIT.
General Data Protection Regulation

Iron / Ironing Board
Please contact the reception if you wish to have delivered the iron and ironing board.
Laundry Service
Laundry service is available every day until 13:00. Clean clothes will be returned until next48 hours.
Lost & Found
All f o und item s are st o re d in o ur housekeeping department for 3 months. Please contact our Reception if you are missing something. Shipping to you is at your own cost.
Luggage
You can enter the hotel from the back door and use the elevator for your luggages. In case you have a late departure from the island, there is a luggage storage available.
First Aid - Doctor - Pharmacy
At the reception there is First Aid kit with most vital medical supplies. There is also possibility to arrange a doctor visit at your room. For nearest pharmacy please be inform at reception desk.
Wake-up Call
Please contact the reception staff for personal wake-up calls.
Fire
n case of fire do not panic. There are fire extinguisher on each floor and are easy to use. Follow the escape lights to your nearest exist and DO NOT use the lift. Do not leave the cigarettes and matches unattended and make sure they are completely burned out before disposing in the bins provided. If the corridors are smoke-filled remain in your room with the door safely shut.
